How we work

“Whatever the customer wants or expects — that's what we deliver.”

Our operating principle since 2012. Loads that arrive complete, on the day they were promised, with paperwork that stands up to audit.

The case for KAL Driven

Why clients appoint us

  • Bulk and plant, one appointment

The aggregate in, the machine out, the container back — one transporter, one contact, one invoice.

  • Mining-grade discipline

Site rules, load securing and documentation are habits here, not a compliance exercise.

  • Owner-run, not brokered

Decisions on a difficult load are made by the people accountable for it, in the time it takes to answer the phone.

  • Procurement that counts

A B-BBEE Level 1 contributor, so spend with us carries full recognition on your scorecard.

  • Access where it's difficult

A double-diff rollback and side-discharge tippers exist for the ground that stops other operators.

  • Tailored, not templated

Rates and cycles are built around your season, shift pattern and site access — not a standard rate card.

Getting started

Three steps to a firm rate

Start an enquiry
  1. Tell us the load

Commodity or machine, mass and dimensions, collection and delivery points, dates.

  2. Get a firm rate

We confirm the right unit, the route and any permit requirement, and quote per leg or per ton.

  3. We load and report

Dispatch, load securing and delivery, with proof of delivery and weighbridge documentation returned.
